NYCC and T-Shirts

Post by wolf_2099 »

Just called them. Apparently they were supposed to have given us them at the con.

What the fuck?

I called the 1-888-605-6059, since I never got a response to my e-mail.

They took my information and said they would mail me a t-shirt.

We asked when there. They told us they were supposed to be mailed to us.

Fuckers screwed us.

Basically, they didn't organise it enough and didn't know what was going on.

I got a response to my email, but it's been some time now, so I'll phone the number like you did.

If this is a full scale international fuck-up, then there must be others who did the same thing we did only to suffer from poor admin. Otherwise, if there aren't that many who encountered the same problem, I can only imagine it's because they had all the t-shirts on the Friday, separate from the tickets, which again is poor admin.

We should have a BX Con. I'm sure we wouldn't have any T-Shirts problems. And we could so easily secure Azz, Aaron and Milligan as guests of honor.

Why would you want a t-shirt? What kind of shirt is this?

The NYCC shirts were quite good looking this year. Too bad I forgot to buy one.

Sigh. This t-shirt has yet to arrive.

Time to call them again.

I say thee Cameron!

Has your t-shirt turned up yet? Mine arrived today. I saw this Fed-Ex package when I got home and thought, "what the hell is this?" and lo and bloody behold it's only the t-shirt I should have received way back in February.

It is it. That took a ridiculously long time. 6 weeks from the point of talking to them. I was going to call today, too.
I wonder why, think they fucked up and a lot of people did not get their t-shirts?
