So, to get back to this. No tennis elbow, but something in my neck/back. Still going on.

All I can do is RPM. >.<

Haven't done any kind of exercise since my 10k run last October.

Really?
I mean, I hate RPM, but at least I keep a bit in shape.

I'm going to start training for a fight soon, I think my coach is starting to look at promotions for the summer.

Yeah, modified Muay Thai Rules.
Clinching, knees, but no knees to the head or elbows.

Head gear? That's something only the kids wear in Holland, I think. Depending on the level, in Holland we do wear shin guards, but never head gear.

How's your kickboxing these days? Improved much?

Much, much improved. I started doing tournaments again and am winning.
I am with a new coach and he is great.

How about yourself?

Nice to hear.

I haven't trained in almost a year, due to the injured elbow(s). That seems to come from my neck, according to the physiotherapist. He's working on that, but unfortunately it's not yet really improved much beyond 'no worries during a regular day'. When I put strain on it, it hurts.

That's unfortunate to hear.
I can't remember, how did it happen? Sudden injury or repetitive stress?

Kids. Blame it all on the kids. When you don't sleep at night, you don't really feel like running in the morning.

Why the no sleep?

Repetitive stress. It started out as an annoyance, just a minor feeling after training. It grew into not being able to take one punch on my guard (or during training, take a jab to the glove, for that matter). It's becoming quite frustrating, because I can't do what I want (kickbox, krav maga, draw, play guitar, at times even read a book, and I also wanted to what BJJ is like).

Anyway, it at least did not hinder me during snowboarding this week. Which is good, because it was awesome.

I did not know you snow boarded, how are the hills where you are?

That blows about the elbow, hopefully it starts to improve. I know those things can take years.

No sleep due to the wedding, so much planning, so very much.

No, no hills at all. I was in Austria for a few days. And the slopes there were pretty good.

I trust my physiotherapist, but if he can't help me soon, I'm going to see another guy. There are two near where I live who're supposed to be tamong the best of the country. Expensive, but worth it if it helps.

It's worth trying, it could be something the other guy just isn't thinking of. I've seen it happen before.

Still not better, but at least I got to go-sign this week to start training my shoulders/back again to strengthen those muscles. It should help against the injury I had/have.

And I noticed there's a Gracie Jiu Jiutsu place near my parents. So maybe no Krav Maga by then.
