Marvel & Heirs of Jack Kirby reach settlement

Years of lawsuits and litigation finally come to an end. For now. Still to be determined is what will become of Kirby's original art that is still in Marvel's possession.

I can't remember, has DC ever reached anything like this with Siegel/Shushter for Superman?
