Oh yeah, I looked into it. I was surprised, too.

Looking at the other art he does, it seems he's not great at commission-based coloring. I guess he hand paints them whereas a lot of his other art in comics looks computer colored. That's why it looks like a water color project.

What do you think of this, does it look too expensive to you or do you think it's a good deal?

That is his OA dealer, so probably.

If you really like it, go for it.
Aftermarket stuff can be cheaper, from auctions, etc, but since you're in France, I doubt you would find any. $300 for an X-Men page isn't bad, especially with Cap in it.

If you're looking to buy a page, I suggest messaging him and seeing if he has anything else, first.

Thanks for the advice! Malorie is not too keen on the splurge so I'm not sure it'll happen anyway.

You should forgo the comic guests for the media guests this year. Id wind up getting:

Stan Lee (Who I missed last year *angry face*)
Gillian Anderson
John Carpenter
Misha Collins
Peter Dinklage
Eliza Dushku
Nathan Fillion
Carrie Fisher
Brett the Hitman Hart
Ian McDiarmid
Mitch Pileggi
Norman Reedus
John Rhys-Davies
Mark Shepard
Wil Wheaton

I'd probably go broke paying for photos with them

Are you going? If so, Natascha would love to order a sketch or something from Wendy Pini.

oh, Michael Cho is pretty good!
And fucking James O'Barr!!
But yeah, that's a shitty comics line-up.

For the media guest, I'd kill for a picture with Brett Hart. Excellence of Execution forever!!!

Was Calgary Expo the one you worked with the two Star Trek captains?

$250 a weekend pass now for Calgary Expo, and people are paying.

I may be able to get $300 or $350 by next week.
