First Christmas present arrived. A new camera, a Sony HX7V. The previous dated from 2008, I had bought it before the first NYCC and it was starting to show its age.
We wanted one that would do great shots of Simon growing up so we decided to offer ourselves a new one.
Who has the greatest/best friends on Earth-1 and Earth 616?

XIII, thanks so much for the gift you Simon & Malorie sent. We loved it (especially me). We were both truly touched at your guys thoughtfullness. Please give a big thank you to Malorie for me.
Not to get too touchy feely, but you guys (all you guys on the board and your signifigant others) are among the finest people I've had the pleasure of knowing.
So, a little than a year after becoming a dad, I've now become an uncle. My sister gave birth a couple of hours ago to a baby boy called Arthur.
Hopefully, he and Simon will get along fine!
Yes, I got both.
The Mire arrived a month ago. Guerillas arrived last week.
If you need update on Guerillas, I would suggest tweeting directly to @elrevel. That's what I did when I was waiting and he told me when he would ship my books.
I spoke to her at Calgary Expo.
She had a huge stack of the Mire at home (to fill every order)to be shipped out, that she just got from the printers. They were going out right after Calgary.
I would expect it soon.
"French is like anal, exotic but oh so unnecessary."
Also, did you ask for one with a sketch? Those take longer.
Just heard that Mike Huddlestone will be signing and sketching in Lyon this Saturday. Hoping to make it this time.
Yeah, I did with both. Revel answered that my books are in the last batch, since it was one of the last requests. And I'll await a bit more, since Cam mentioned Cloonan having loads to send still.
I checked their website, Phillips will be sketching but for €20 a sketch. A completely fair price in my opinion. Hope you get one!
Also, Colin Wilson will be there, he was the artist on Point Blank, the prequel to Sleeper.
Well, the Mike Huddleston signing went the way of the Yannick Paquette signing : I got nothing.
Upon arriving at the shop, I found out that he was sketching only for the people who were buying the French hardcover of "Butcher Baker". Which I wouldn't do since I own all the singles from Image.
I could have gotten some comics signed but didn't feel like waiting 1h30+ just for signatures so instead I grabbed some back issues and went home.
I must say though, I spent some time watching and Huddlestone does some great sketches!
