Mind the Gap 2 Error

Post by wolf_2099 »

Can you guys keep an eye out for this one for me? Came out this week.
The error is;
Of course what might interest some people more, considering the way certain comic books have been behaving after publication of late on the after market, is that the first print of issue 2 of Mind The Gap had to be pulped after the art on one page (nineteen) was printed black, with just the speech balloons showing. I understand that some copies may have made into the wild and Diamond may be issuing a recall notice. Remember when something similar happened with Phonogram?

Actually, Mind the Gap 2 didn't come out this week. This may be why then. At least in my area we didn't get it.

It was solicited, but I think if we look at the shipping list, it's missing. It was on my Comixology pull list up until Tuesday when it got pushed back to next week.

I'll be out of town all week next week, but if we have extras when I get back Sunday I'll grab one for you.

Maybe that's because it got pulped? The majority of them will be the fixed issues, apparently only about 1000 errors got released.
It was supposed to be out this week.

Time will tell next week then when it actually hits the stands.

If it ended up shipping to Europe, they may get the error issue.

If I see one with that error, I'll pick it up for you.

I'll keep an eye out but I'm not too hopeful. I'm probably the only one who pre-ordered it at my comics shop and I'll be lucky if he even gets my copy.
The situation at my shop is FUBAR. I need to make a thread about it.

Yeah, Bleeding Cool stated all issues were pulped before they got to the comic shops, No clue if some snuck through...

They were shipped to the UK and Europe
There was a diamond destory noticed sent out.

If any of you UK boardies can see if you can snag one from your store, I would owe you greatly.

I believe I got this. A local store got some copies and did not destroy them.
