Nice looking week. Buffy, Frankenstein, Saga. But sadly, I'm going to C2E2 so I won't buy my books on Friday/Saturday because I'll be in Chicago. So instead I'm going to try getting books signed by Jamal Igle, Gail Simone, Clay Mann, get art from Sean Forney, Clay Mann, Katie Cook, and try to meet that one guy who writes some DC stuff about Flashes and Lanterns. Jeffy Johnson or something like that.

I wanted to go to C2E2 but forgot it takes place in the Spring and not Summer. Maybe next year.

I'll only be there Saturday for the time being, unless we add Sunday last minute. We have retailer passes so no buying extra tickets. Mostly signatures for me and some preordered work. But also light sketches from a few quick artists like Katie Cook.

I don't regularly spend money on meh books but every so often I can tell which ones are gonna suck and which aren't.

Mr. Terrific started out okay but never really became as good as I wished it would be. Since this is its last issue before cancelled, I decided to pick it up to see how the story wraps up.

Uncanny X-Men has been very good so far but since this month its going to be an AvX crossover, I just know its going to be meh. Batwoman, however, has been good some months and meh in other months. I chalk it up to the creative team having internal difficulties than it just being a bad book.
