Newsarama trend

Anyone else noticing that Newsarama are loving their '10 Something or other' articles?

I never really read any of them, but I do browse them. Apparantly this is typical of list based articles - some people will read them, maybe even a great deal of people who clicked on the link. However, a number of them will just browse the headings.

Aren't they all slideshows, too?
Which make them annoying as hell to read if you wanted to.

Newsarama only piles on those annoying Top 10 lists on the weekends, when news is slow. Otherwise they're out there giving 5 star reviews to every single thing Marvel and DC put out
