Still though, I can't say I've ever even seen a copy, let alone one in a 2.0 condition. Do you think you'll be interested in it just to have it, or would you hold out for a better copy?

I can't afford a better copy. I am going to try and get him to go $800 for the 1, 3 and 4 he is selling, as long as the 1 is 2.0, the the 3 and 4 is 4.0

A CGC 2.0 UXM 1 still sells for $1000, so.

From the photos, that looks about right for grades, assuming there is nothing wrong the photos don't show. Which is why it's up in the air.
