Went to a local back issue only store in Montreal for it's boxing day sale, got:
Universe X: Spidey 1 Recalled Bob Harris Slur
This one was $17. I've been trying to find a couple for a few months, all that I have seen were $200 plus. I was so very, very happy to get it.

Oh, yeah sorry.
Well there's extra content yeah. Annotations about the various references, sketchbook section with loads of stuff including pages that did not make the cut, a section about the making off of the AF and one about the marketing surrounding the book at the time of its release. Pretty nice.
