New York Comic Con 2010: To Buy/Get/Meet List

I am going to stalk Miller after his signing if I need to.XIII wrote:I expect to get all of them signed except All Star Batman cause I think Frank Miller is going to be a tough one.
The rest really shouldn't prove any troubles as most the creators will be in Artist's Alley or at the Vertigo booth where creators are really accessible.

For those of you interested in Bruce Campbell signitures and/or photos (including me) check out this link:

Hmmmmmmm. Once again, on principle, I'm totally against paying money.

Fuck.XIII wrote:Greg Rucka just told me on Twitter that he won't be at NYCC. Only his wife Jen Van Meter will be there. That's one book less for me to bring there but I must admit I'm a bit letdown cause I expected to chat with him about the third Q&C book and how he promised me a signed copy.
I am upset about this, I was really, really excited for him.

I bet I have to chase Reed Exibitions again to discover if my t-shirt is coming in the mail or not!
Can you guys check if I've imagined that the following names will be coming to NYCC2010?
Chris Robinson - iZombie
John Layman - Chew
Johnathan Mulberry - Punisher vs. Marvel Universe
Goran Parlov - Punisher vs. Marvel Universe
Johnathan Hickman - Shield, Fantastic Four
Jim Russ - The Guild

If all goes according to plan, I'll be there by 10am.Sandman wrote:that is what I am trying to figure out. I can come in at any time on friday, when ever you guys were gonna start I was gonna try to be there.
*side note* I just got my Con Tee Shirt in the mail.
I think the other guys all said they were going then, too. I'll skip my Friday morning in NYC to get in during creator hours.

Guys, Stan Lee is doing a free signing from 1:30 to 2:30 on the Friday. The doors open at 1.
If we wanted to rotate in line, or just hang out and relax after 3 hours of running around, we could get in line at 12:50, and all get something signed by him.

I agree with Stocky on this. I'm a fan of Campbell but I don't like the idea of shelling out cash for a crappy photo of a celeb who is pretty well off. It seems crass of him to demand money for a photo op.Stocky Boy wrote:For those of you interested in Bruce Campbell signitures and/or photos (including me) check out this link:

I still want one, I just don't know how I feel about it. I would feel differently if it were a piece of memorabilia w/ his signature on it but a photo? hmmmm
