The Walking Dead vol 12: Life Among Them
Bigly week for me. Lots of Bat stuff, Air coming to a close & TWD! Couple things I wanted to mention: first about Justice Society of America. The most recent storyline involving (you guessed it!) Nazi's was surprisingly good save for the end. I say the story was surprisingly good because JSA loves its Nazi villians almost as much as Marvel loves whoring out Deadpool. Whenever the writers over at JSA start to even remotely feel the pinch at coming up with something different, they go back to the well and dredge up more Nazi stories - unfortunately most of them are mediocre at best.
However the recent story was really, really good but the writer fucked up at the end. Rather than write a great, or even halfway decent battle scene that would nicely end a 5 part story, the writer spent a page or two setting everything up, then used the entire remainder of the story summarizing the battle & subsequent cleanup without even going into it in detail. .
Through my first reading I was surprised that this was the route the writer took especially considering how long he spent setting everything up but then as I read it again, it all looked strangely familiar, so I flipped back to the front of the title to see who wrote the story and sure enough when I saw the name of the writer, it all made sense. It was Bill motherfucking Willingham
You fucked me again Willingham!

True Blood #1
Amazing Spider-Man Vol 2 #638
Avengers Vol 4 #3

I fear the new Amazing, Joe Quesada is helping write it and it's supposed to tie into One More Day. Ugh.
