I noticed after a search that he had to take the audio out of the first draft of this video because it was from the LOTR soundtrack, so he must be using more obscure stuff this time 'round.

I did the same searches you did. I wouldn't come pleading to my net buddies without having first done most of the homework I was able to do. 
I don't know if you read through the replies on both videos, because loads of people have asked, but no solid answers are provided. Even the dude who made the video doesn't seem to know, which he indicates in one of his responses. He must have some ideas or have a name for the sound file he used though. He must be able to offer a clue to the proper song name.
