Went to Montreal this weekend. Was awesome!

Apparently my comic book guy has a warehouse (not unusual, apparently), that has pretty much everything I want in it.

Not a problem!

It was quite easy, happy you like em, and they are your books.

Also, Mike and Laura Allred are going to Montreal for a show in the fall. Might try and go out to dinner with them if I can swing it with my comic book guy. He seems to like me.

Wulf, how many SIM-cards do you have/have you used? Are you even remotely aware what I'm talking about?

Just checking up on something. :D

Just the one, ever.
My mom just had to replace 1 in her phone though. A trip to Europe screwed it up somehow.
My brother and father have never had to replace one.

Ah!
And in how many phones did you use that one card?

Just the one. I have yet to bother switching over a sim card, as I don't keep anything on my phone. That changes now with my crackberry.

What's up?

Nothing much, Jess'd never heard of a SIM card, so I figured I'd try you. :D

It's not that I never heard of it, it's that I never had any reason to find out anything about it beyond "something to do with cellphones (expensive ones)".

Thats about all I know, Jess. That and it stores all data in the phone.

I'm pretty sure we don't have those in Korea. When I changed my cell phone, they transferred the data on the computer. They didn't take anything out of the old phone and put it into the new phone. (At least that I saw.)

Except the battery, cause they were trying to rip me off selling me a phone with no battery just because it was the same as the battery in my broken phone. Motherfuckers. Sadly they found a battery somewhere so I didn't get a discount.

SIM card doesn't mean expensive cellphones. Hell, I didn't even know they were doing phone that don't require SIM card.

They do in Canada because the majority of phones are locked to a provider. The phones still have a SIM card but you don't really know about it and can't do anything with it.

Has anyone read the Batman: Knightfall/Quest/End and Death/Return of Superman storylines? Any good?

I was thinking of trying to pick them up.

I haven't read them.
Though I'll probably get them one day as they are milestones in comics history.

I've got the Batman storyline. It's been ages since I read it, I rather liked it back then. No clue if it holds up today, but I think it would still remain as a good storyline.

I have the issue list for
No Man's Land (With Aftershock/Cataclysm)
Knightsfall/End/Quest
Death and Return of Superman

if anyone wants them, for their own hunting purposes.
