I couldn't care less about Earth 1 or 2 or one zillion. I only see a nice Darwyn Cooke cover.

Yeah, they all but confirmed this awhile ago, at least now it's official.

My question is, is that really a cover/promo for a new JSA series or an older one? Because it has Mr. Terrific on it. Who currently exists in the regular DCnU.

I believe that cover for may have been for the last issue of JSA; either that or a very similar cover.
