Same here, actually.

I haven't had a chance to read it, I was going to tonight or tomorrow night.

Uncanny X-Men
50, 100, 114

The 50 is in very nice shape. The vendor had it labeled as Fine+ and it looked very nice. I was just glad to find it, as it's the first 50 I've every come across. So I made a deal and got 50 with 114 for a nice price. A few vendors had 100, so I went with the cheapest option of a Very Good/Fine copy, though I think it was closer to VG, but it was also 25% off. I had actually walked up to buy the guy's copy of issue 39, where they get new costumes, and the guy at the box just before me actually walked off with it and it was the only copy. I was so ticked that I missed it by about 1 minute.

Jingle Belle #1-4 By Paul Dini
Madame Mirage tpb by Paul Dini
Batman: Mr. Freeze by Paul Dini
Batman/Deathblow: After the Fire by Azzerallo & Bermejo book 1 & 3
The Secret Society of Super Heroes Book 2 - This two part story came out in 01 or 02. The second book was immediately sold out after the first one was released. And for years the second book was listed at ridiculously high prices. I finally managed to track one down via ebay this past week.

Secret Society of Super Heroes- is that where Lois and Bruce investigate a hidden society and Wally begins recruiting Bart into the hidden JLA? I've never finished it because, like you said, it's impossible to find issue 2 half the time.

I liked the first one. But again, never got the second. I think the art is by Mike McKone as well. I've always wanted to finish it.

If you want to finish it, I can upload the digital version to my 4shared account for you. I know you don't like digital issues, but if you can't get the physical then this is the main option...

One of those things that doesn't really fit here but all the same, during the last month, I picked up two animation cels with the official warner bros seal of approval. Both are from Batman The Animated Series, that ran in the 90s:

Image

The one I got above was signed by Bruce Timm, Paul Dini & Glen Murakami. Additionally, I want to get Kevin Conroy to sign and personalize it as well as get it personalized by Timm and Dini

I also got an animated cel of Joker and Harley Quinn.I am going to make it my mission to get it signed and personalized by Mark Hamil, Bruce Timm, Paul Dini and if she ever makes an appearance, Arleen Sorkin, the voice of Harley. Getting it signed by Hamil will be pricey but I don't mind doling out some cash for his sig.

Green Goblin: A Lighter Shade of Green TPB (Collects Web of Spider-Man (1985-1995 1st Series) #125, Spectacular Spider-Man (1976-1998 1st Series) #225, Green Goblin (1995) #1-13 and Amazing Scarlet Spider (1995) #2)

I always found the Phil Urich version of Green Goblin to be an interesting character and couldn't pass this up, especially being 16 comics for $40 ($35 or so after discounts and tax).

Not comics per se, but for XMas my dad assembled 200 bags and backs together because I once complained how monotonous it was to sit there and assemble them. So having a lot premade makes me very happy ^_^
