This looks really, really bad. I can't even tell the image is supposed to be. Also in the Punisher's world there is only one change that could alter him forever: Either he kills or he doesn't kill. Everything else is just background noise.

And since when does Marvel really kill its characters?

This is a sales grab, nothing more, like we've seen dozens of times.
