You're a whore :)

Best Picture:
Hurt Locker
I don't think Inglorious Basterds will win because the Academy doesn't like to reward senseless violence (no matter how entertaining) and Precious won't win because the Academy similarly hates movies that, despite being phenomenal, are too depressing. UP, Up in the Air, Blindside and District 9 are all great films but not Best Picture type great films. Good on District 9 for getting the Nom, its nice to see a sci-film get some recognition. I think it’ll come down to Hurt Locker, Serious Man or An Education

Best Actor:
This one’ll come down between Colin Firth (A Single Man) and Morgan Freeman (Invictus) but my choice is Morgan Freeman

Best Supporting Actor:
Christopher Waltz: Inglorious Basterds

Best Actress:
Carey Mulligan

Best Supporting Actress:
Mo’Nique: Precious. Despite being an utterly depressing film I hear her performance was fantastic.

Animated Feature Film:
UP

Kathryn Bigelow for Hurt Locker

Writing (Adapted Screen Play)
Precious

Writing (Original Screenplay)
Inglorious Basterds. Tarintino HAS to win this if he doesn’t get Best Director

There was a time I would have seen about 99% of all of those movies by now. But instead, I've not seen a single one. I rarely see movies at all anymore. It's kinda sad.

Sorry to say but the Academy loves the depressing movies: Million Dollar Baby was quite the depressing movie and it won in 2004; Crash was semi-depressing
Best Supporting Actress:
Mo’Nique: Precious. Despite being an utterly depressing film I hear her performance was fantastic.
She was a complete and utter bitch. I wouldn't exactly call that acting, it's more along the lines of uber-PMSing ;)
