So this might not be news to you but I just read that online and I'm quite excited :
Darren Aranofsky will direct, Christopher McQuarrie writes the movie.

At least, it can't be worse than the first movie.

Sounds good, also given the fact it's supposed to be based on the Claremont/Miller mini.
