Take care of yourself and your ladyfriend, Arn, and no rush. Gawd knows we'll always be here. ^_^

Dude, you've got a great taste in comics, so I want to know: what're your favorite titles and creators (writers AND artists). Also, any knowledge of upcoming interesting projects?

I could look shit up, but than, why shouldn't I use our resident database? :D

I remember what happened to our first 'resident comic book database', AKA 'Mister Marvel', AKA "JimT'. He went nuttier than a fruitcake. Take care to preserve your sanity, Arn, for all our sakes. I'd hate to see Shlomo take you out behind the barn and put you down Old Yeller style cuz you'd turned rabid.:bigcry:

Favorite writers include Jason Aaron, Ed Brubaker, Greg Rucka, Brian Wood, Hickman and my good friend Brian Azzarello. ;)
Artwise Darwyn Cooke, Cameron Stewart, Paul Pope, Ryan Kelly.

Stuff I'm looking forward to : Aaron's Wolverine, Viking from Image, Hickman's FF, the Vertigo maxi serie by the Moon/Ba twins.

I can't really think of anything more.

I'm not really a database. I probably just read more newsite than you guys do. And I remember it.

Yes I still do. But now I've caught up on the lateness and it's all good.

Being on weekend is so great.

True.
Hey, database guy, what's the original artist of Runaways currently doing?

And you just know he'll know the answer. You fucking know he will. :D

Perhaps Arn needs a nickname, like, "Le Oracle".

I have no good news for you. Alphona has left comics.

"Slated to be pencilling the second volume of Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane when writer Terry Moore took over writing duties from Sean McKeever, Alphona instead chose to leave comics entirely, only supplying the covers for the new series, whilst art duties were handed over to Craig Rousseau."

Why do you think he left?

In some respects, being given a low level title after Runnaways kind of seems like a slap in the face.

Are you still reading Runnaways, or did you also just give it a couple of Whedon issues before BKV's promise that it's in safe hands started to taste sour? :D

I quit after Whedon. And I didn't even finish reading that part.

Oh by the way, nobody tell the french man that I've absolutely failed at my task of looking into comic conventions near us.

If he asks, I'll make up some bollocks excuse about being busy. I'm not busy. I'm just beign lazy.
