Architect working as an advisor

Post by MGM »

Yes, I am. Working on my portfolio at the moment, though.

Also: testing, testing.

Is this the continuation of Biscy's trend of creating an "about me" thread simply for whoring purposes?

:D

Well, still working on my portfolio. I want it to be done this week, hopefully Wednesday. At least I've got pressure on it, because someone I know works at a firm that is looking for new employees. Of course, it's one of the biggest architecture firms in Holland, so how well that'll go remains to be seen. But at least it's some sort of entrance.

I actually have no idea how the thread got locked or unlocked. Adam's sleeping and I haven't the any admin or mod powers. Maybe one of the TBAY mods has been playing jokes on you, eh?

No pressure eh? :D

Good luck Mitch and don't forget to post some pics of your portfolio when you're done! I want to see it!

On an entirely different note: I just ordered the Sandman bookends. :D

And given the rate of the Dollar, they're not that expensive. Taxes are a bit much, though.

Still, soon to be mine...

And yes, this is hot on the heels of Prime, but I've wanted those bookends ever since I first saw them.

They're still listed on Amazon. Don't buy the Amazon version ($600, idiots), but they list two stores that have it for $290. Of course, I got it for $220. :D
