Opening the debate again: where will the next BX Con meet be?

First of all, which Cons are there? And, when are they? Anyone know?

Those are the big 3 I know of.

What are the pro's and cons for those three?

I think the most people could conceivably make it out to the NYCC, however, some folks might want to try another place. If I had to rank the coolness of the Cons, I'd say (in descending order) NYC, San Diego, Chicago.

I think the old time NYCCers want to try another place, to try and find some different talent.

Chicago is the Wizard Con, I think I read some negative stuff about that on the previous board.

I'd list them the same as CC, BTW.

Also, like I said: NYCC guarantuees the NYC people. And there are three of them.

What's the different talent that comes to the other cons?

Try and one one with Brubaker, or Waid, or even Ellis.

Well, that would be awesome. But are the chances higher that they'll go to another Con?

Chicago would almost assuredly bring out Eddie, Shadowman, Jedispyder, Captain Jack, Stoney, myself and Sarah.

With NYCC we could potentially see Wally, Sandman, CountD, Python, JMT. I think NYC has the bigger draw to get other folks like Cam, Stocky, Arn and Biscy.

It was me, Stocky and Arn who started the discussion of going somewhere else next year.

Well, Cam is obviously trying to get us somewhere else. Also, I doubt we'd see ShadowMan.

What's got NYCC over Chicago for Bisc? Also, I've got preference for NYCC. If we go there, I WILL be there. With girl.

I think it really, really depends on where the triumvirate of Euros want to go. Wherever Stocky, Arn and Mic want to plant their flag, we'll probably go there.
