Where are Wally's recap of our New York adventures? Did I miss them on the previous board?

I think there were one or two, not TOO many. There was one for sure at the old BX, but there was some stuff at BX v2 as well.

Well, time for the bugger to get typing.

There really wasn't anything.. when everyone ended up doing the photo uploads, Wally said he'd start getting the stories up later on that weekend.. then he didn't, and we moved.. and he still didn't..

We only had like, the pre-con events, but nothing from the actual Con...

Sorry about that guys. I posted two extensive recaps from Thursday (Pre-con) and Day 1 of the Con. After that the boards died and a big problem with typing up a recap of each day 1 week after the con, is that the second and third con day blur together, so I can't really remember much specific detail.

I remember seeing our friend Aaron Douglass again and Dan Slott doing pornographic poses, pissing off fanboys to get David Lloyd and Marv Wolfman's signiture's, bumping into Azzerallo, Wood, and Jason Aaron so many times, were no longer impressed by them ...Hmm What else, ahh yea for all the guys who say we are exaggerating Karen Berger's ability to bore someone to sleep: Meek actually fell asleep during her Vertigo panel.

What else was there...Ahh Stocky getting Bendis autograph while waiting to get someone elses (this after the Marvel booth cut off his line), Wulf getting a shitload of books signed by Bendis (again) after he just finished a signing. Meeting the king of Cheesecake: Frank Cho, watching Wulf and Stocky rub against Karen Berger, seeing Arn score that cool Scalped from Jason Aaron (who I would like to add, gave it to Arn somewhat hesitantly ), what else...

Shooting the shit with Ron Garney and getting things signed by him as people waited to line up to get their books signed by him , shooting the shit with Dan Slott, Azzerallo, Jason Aaron; telling every creator who I got a picture with "that I enjoy their work" when in truth I don't, meeting Geoff Johns; Meek mistaking a random bald guy for Garth Ennis causing Stocky and I to run for the Image booth as though our asses were on fire only to find that Ennis was not there but it was just some random bald guy.

Most of the creators we got signatures/pics from; we got after their signings were over or before they were beginning-thus avoiding any of that ridiculous line-waiting

And...am I forgetting something?

Ahh yes: Stocky's coma inducing shit and Arn getting lost at the Con

If there are any tales from this con that deserve to be told, its these two...But they'll have to wait till tomorrow.

Well there is the classic of Stocky kicking us out of his room so he could shit....even bribing us with his room key so we could go to the bar and have a drink on him

he actually asked you to LEAVE so he could shit? was that courtisy on his part, or fear for what you would do while he was in there?

I believe its my fault Stocky asked us to leave his room while he shat. He really didn't trust us not to hinder his sensitive bowels as they did their duty.

Last year, he very warily let XIII and I stay in his room while he attempted to take a shit and midway through his shit, I started banging on his door which I'm sure freaked him the fuck out So I guess this year he decided not to take any chances

Whilst luckly Meek didn't have to suffer any of this tomfoolery, since you all naturally migrated to my room!

I may have taken long poops, but Arn did this absolutely fowl smelling dump one time. It was horrid! Stank the room out. He even took that smell back to his bed. What the hell did you eat? Was it the sorbet at Ben & Jerry's?

It's great how you remember each other based off of the shits you all took
