Me and Shumaila had a major argument yesterday over names. I told her I didn't like the name Arkham because it's the name of a mental institution in the Batman comics.

She said that's a stupid reason not to use a name she likes and then she went and called Batman stupid. What followed after was not pretty

Is there any way you can settle on Arkham for a middle name? (obviously excuse my cultural ignorance is you don't plan on using a middle name or if it's reserved for something involving family)

two weeks later i still think arkahm is a cool name. By the time he is old enough for it to affect him most people wont even get the reference. There are worse names you could go with and this way he has more individuality as there arent that many Arkham's out there

Hey, hey!

Wife is still pregnant. Her due date is Feb 16 but it could be any day now. For the last 3 weeks she's had weekly checkups to ensure everything is fine; also a requirement once you pass the 8 month period.

If I'm lucky she'll deliver this week.

Will keep everyone posted.

I can't do video because I'm pretty sure the wife would take the camera and shove it up my ass if I tried to videotape her while she was in labor.

I will, however, put on a one man play re-enacting the whole thing for you guys. I will play the part of Mr. Sohail, Mrs. Sohail, the unamed physician(s) who will be assisting in the delivery and baby Sohail.

We've more or less settled on a name...I think. Not Arkham, I just wasn't having it.

And no Mohinder Suresh either. You twats.
