I'm always in more loose/relaxed clothing at home, Wally. Jeans and stuff are for the outside world.

Blue suit, white shirt and red tie is a classic combo that can't fail. Just like dark blue suit and light blue shirt and gold tie.

I'm a little put off that I don't have to wear a tie at work.

Additionally, I have a small gold colored tie-pin shaped like a rook which I wear on my tie. It gives me that extra something that jumps out at people and impresses them. I know this because I have recieved countless compliments on my pin.

Thus, not only am I producing outstanding work but I'm doing while looking better than everyone else.

Honestly, it all depends on who you're shopping for. Most people in my office, save for the senior-level executives don't wear tie-pins or cufflinks on a regular basis. Only on special occasions. Again, know you're demographic before picking these up because they can be hella expensive.

I personally like wearing my tiepin regularly because it looks cool (Rook anyone?) and it increases my cool factor.

Your Armani belt and messenger bag win you a certain level of superficial respect. Learning you don't wear a tie to work has destroyed the image I've had of you in my mind all these years. A respectable image of you.

I was also wearing my oakleys before. I have a pair of CK sunglasses, more matrix and less reflecty.

I don't even own dress pants right now. All I have are either jeans, cargo pants or pajama pants. Oh and a pair of shorts, but those are summer garb only.

That DOES sound rully cool.
Though for some reason I almost immediately imagined a carebear with a rook symbol on it's stomach. O_o

My current job is a desk job, but I can wear whatever I want to work.
I usually wear jeans and a nice top, but I'm not above wearing one of my skull Ts.
Geeze. What am I gonna do with all of my dress pants?
