One thing I can say for certain, considering the person I saw talking about it, is that it doesn't contain tentacle rape.

The story is supposedly like The Cell, but without the serial killer plot line.

I don;'t think there's any Tentacle Rape. I didn't watch the whole thing though. The trippy parts are fucking AWESOME but the rest is just sort of... confusing and stuffy. If you are ever absolutely bored, don't watch it anyway.
