Basement X

Conan has been one of the few series that's been a consistently good read despite having a change in the creative team. It's also great in that every storyline is almost entirely self-contained. You don't need to have read what happened previously to know what is happening now.

It's got phenomenal story telling & phenomenal art. It's one of the few books I would recommended to anyone regardless of what genre they prefer.
