All I can say is thank god Hughie and the others found out he was dating Starlight. That was the one thing that seemed really ridiculous. It just didn't make sense that an organization like Butcher's who constantly pride themselves on having tons of dirt on all the Supers would overlook something as simple as a background check on Hughie's girlfriend.

And predictably, Hughie jumped to conclusions & called Annie January some filthy names when he found out she had oral sex with the Supers. Typical "not hearing the whole story/misunderstanding" plot device to draw out the drama. This is the one instance where I expected a little better from Ennis. He's always been really good at avoiding cliches but he picked this up right out of a soap opera.

And also, The Homelander is finally getting his ass into gear and doing what he's been hinting at for so long.
