Really depends on the kind of person receiving the gift.

And seeing as how you're gonna buy Bone at the horrific, astronomical Canadian prices, I'd say it's a great gift. I'd put out for a gift like that. ^_^

But, they're only 10 bucks each, or 40 for the giant thing.

I'd have to check to be completely certain, but I think the complete collection of Bone goes for $50-$60 around here. Many a time I've looked at the tag and flipped out.

Bone is worth it. The complete edition can't be missed in any book collection. Unless you've got the separate trades. which I'd like some day, the coloring is pretty awesome.
