Meh, I'm liking this book less than the first one. There seems to be an awful lot of padding. A lot of things are redundant to the point where everytime the importance of the trinity is brought up (and it's brought up a lot) I roll my eyes and muscle through it.
Beyond that, I do like the art (whenever it's bagely at the helm and not another filler or whatever) and Busiek does write a good enough yarn.
Here's hoping it gets better.

Superman, Wondy & Bats are absent for pretty much the entire second paperback and only referenced in dreams, visions or whatever. They only make a return of sorts at the very end of the story.
Like I said before, there was quite a lot of padding in the second book. Things were repeated ad nauseum, some of the stories, though relevant to the larger story, were frightfulyl boring.
Oh, and Lois Lane is apparently a bitch in every alternate reality there is.
