With Trinity coming to a close in a couple of months, DC has announced the new weekly comics that will replace it.
It'll be called "Wednesday Comics" and will feature series of strips. The creators line-up is impressive and I'm afraid I might have to put this one on my pull list.
Not sure I'll be picking it up but I love the idea of "Wednesday Comics" not being in continuity but stand alones. A lot of the writers they've got lined up has already given me a tiny boner so I guess we'll see.
I think the big selling point for me is that they are out of continuity so I don't have to worry about reading 12 other DC tie-ins to understand whats going on
See, the killing point for me is the size of it. If I'm buying a comic book, I want it to be comic book sized. Not huge sized like newspaper comics. I'm also worried about the price, I'm sure they'll rape us on it even though its probably cheaper to print...
