I will have absolutely no clue until I try the #1s. I'm planning on getting a dozen or so but may add/reduce as necessary.

Is it still Peter Milligan on Hellblazer?

I could be tempted to pick up a lot of Hellblazer in trade. Of the more recent Hellblazer runs, I think I have the first Milligan book and I think I have the an Aaron book?

Milligan is still on Hellblazer yes. Vertigo books remained untouched by the new DC.

Speaking of Vertigo, the saddest announcement of SDCC was certainly that Scalped would end with issue 60. After DMZ and Northlanders, that's my 3rd Vertigo title that's meeting its end in the coming months. SAD!

JUSTICE LEAGUE #2
AQUAMAN #2
WONDER WOMAN #2
BATMAN #2
BATGIRL #2
BATWOMAN #2
GREEN LANTERN #2
FRANKENSTEIN, AGENT OF S.H.A.D.E. #2
STORMWATCH #2

Maybe:
THE FURY OF FIRESTORM #2

My pull list has changed. Not even going to get the first issues of Teen Titans or New Guardians, and adding Frankenstein. Also only grabbing the first issues of Superman, Flash and Green Arrow, if even that.

Shade is a must, with its all star artists line-up.
Spaceman is there cause it's only a dollar but the preview didn't grab me at all.
