Not too bad an issue. Batman recieved Superman's powers and Superman became human via a mystical amulet.

The amulet gives people what they want but at a price. With Superman's powers, Batman went all out trying to save the world and righting every wrong to the point of madness. Superman, as a mortal nearly got killed via multiple gunshot wounds. Batman was so far gone that he nearly killed Nightwing and the combined efforts of the JLA weren't enough to stop him. Instead it was Zatanna and unpowered Clark who undid everything.

Nice story, all in all.

Was this a one shot or the final part of a storyline? It almost sounds interesting as it seems to have a multiple characters involved.

This was the last part to the most recent storyline running the Superman/Batman title.

ahh ok. I was kind of hoping it was a one shot. Havn't read this since around issue 15, so I'm way outta the loop here. Thanks though!
