Batman Inc, question

I remember hearing that it was originally billed as a new ongoing but it concluded after issue 8 or whatever because of the new 52 relaunch.

Its being launched again in May but I can't seem to find confirmation whether it'll be another ongoing or a 12 issue mini that wraps up Morissons Batman Inc story.

Anyone know which it is? Mini or ongoing?

I have no clue, and know that was not helpful at all.

I would assume ongoing since it is replacing a cancelled title?

I can't find anywhere that says it's a limited series. I keep finding it described as a monthly, so it's possible that it's here to stay for awhile. I know it was originally talked about being a 12-issue maxi-series but I can't find any info on that either, so who knows. I'm going to say it's a monthly title and not a maxi-series.
