So under Normal Osborne, New York (and America) is reverting back to NY in the 30s, 40s and 50s: rampant, widespread and thinly veiled corruption.

Interesting angle. Also, not surprised at all that Master Izo is alive. Like the new hand uniforms. So far its looking good.
