Following the announcement made sometimes ago by Marvel that they had acquired the rights to Crossgen stuff, Marvel is relaunching the failed publisher as a new imprint.

It will start with 2 4-issues minis :

Ruse by Waid and artist Pierfederici

Sigil by Mike Carey and Leonard Kirk.

I don't care much for this since I never into Crossgen. I'd actually be more interested in reprints of the original series, especially the stuff by Jim Cheung.

Although agreed, I'm very interested in the Carey/Kirk mini.

Crossgen is an interesting universe, I might just check out a title or two

I didn't check any out the first time, I really can't afford to check them out now. I may download them if they're interesting, or possibly try for trades of the original series.

Yeah, I never read any books published under the actual imprint and I can't say I will here again on this one. With Waid being part of the deal though it makes me wonder if this had a factor in him stepping down from Boom earlier in the month. I doubt it does but it's an interesting chain of events for the writer.

I read Sojourn, that was pretty entertaining. And Land wasn't so bad back then. A lot of their titles were supposed to be pretty good, actually.
