Plus I might pick up the Doom Patrol, REBELS, and Booster Gold from last week.
As for JLA, I know last month it was 3.99 becaues of the Ring that came with it, like Outsiders was. Now, I'm wondering if it's still that price because it's still a tie in like Outsiders is, or if it's because it's 'issue 40' and they plan to do something, which is dumb. Outsiders is the same price, but it's the 25th issue as well. We'll see.
