He is in palliative care.

Sad to see him go. He was one of the greats.
His story, Batman: Ego remains one of my all time favorite Batman stories.
He always looked like a very warm hearted grandpa.
He will be missed.

Well, apparently, he was very temperamental, could quite an asshole when you crossed him.
But yeah, what a loss. I can't believe there'll be no more Darwyn Cooke comics.
I mean, just look at the variants he did for DC some months ago. That was the best the New 52 had looked in 5 years.
So sad.

Those variants were fucking amazing! Best of all the monthly variants, in my opinion.
