Can't you just put the issue back? Apologize and say you changed your mind. My retailer throws in a whole bunch of extra issues he thinks I may like and I'm not obligated to purchase them.

It's not exactly the same.
I have Avengers on my pull list and I can't remember my dealer's policy for the .1 issues but I'm pretty sure they are included, meaning he ordered one specifically for me since I'm sure I forgot to tell him I didn't want it.
Anyway, I'll still ask him if I can put it back on the shelves or maybe trade it for something else. We'll see.

Avengers 34.1 was actually a really great issue, just definitely not worth $5 if you bought it. Has nothing to do with the title itself and is just a Hyperion solo story to secure the fact that Hyperion=Superman.
