How has Fairest been? I read the first arc or two and thought it was good but never continued.

I gave up on Fairest with the beginning of the second arc. It was a story set in Japan that I found I had zero interest in.

At the moment I couldn't really tell you since I have many issues of it in my pile of books I don't immediately read :D - thanks to my prioritising of reading the Song of Ice and Fire books. Those books are taking up a majority of my reading time.

I have read the Japanese ark that Arn mentioned. I enjoyed it. I found I stopped really enjoying Fables ages ago, but still pick it up and since it's finishing soonish, I thought I'd carry it on until the end. Fairest, when I catch back up with it, I may end as well. I'm not sure if it has a scheduled end point like Fables. At the moment, I believe the current writer is the guy who did DC's Manhunter series, which I really enjoyed, so I'm actually looking forward to reading the current stuff.

What was I supposed to do? I had to learn to fend for myself at the last several cons. You abandoned me.

This came out last week but has anyone picked up Robert Kirkman's Outcast? It's a supernatural title.

I grabbed it but haven't read it yet. Heard it's good. This week I also finally got a copy of The Wicked + The Divine (or whatever the title is). My retailer got shorted 2/3 of his order and had to wait until this week to get them in, not sure what cover I got but it's not the regular so I guess he was shorted his variants. Haven't read it either but heard more good stuff about it than Outcast.
