GREEN LANTERN #14
AVX CONSEQUENCES #5
X-MEN #38
Not a bad week, but Consequences may be the best of the list. The ending to 4 is exactly what I wanted.

Has it been good, AVX consequences?
Should I try picking it up?

I'd wait until it's collected. It's been interesting, but issue 4 was the best issue. It's all about Scott trying to be a figurehead from prison for new Mutants while Cap and Wolverine look for the Extinction team. It probably could've been 4 issues maximum, but it's been stretched to 5. If you can catch all 5 issues for 10 bucks or so at a con, sure grab it. But at about $20 total for the 5 issues, it's overpriced.

Issue #4 was frickin badass, plain and simple. The last page was my favorite page of the last year or so, it was that great.

Yeah, AVX Con is a good little series. It looks like it's a nice prologue piece for at least one of the books coming out soon.
Gillen's direction for Cyclops and handle on all the characters where they are now is very good.

I'm going to guess that it'll lead into the newest "Uncanny" book announced by Bendis and Bachelo, and the book leads into my suspicions that Scott, Emma, Magick, and Magneto will form a new Brotherhood, even if they aren't called that. I'm guessing that's what the new Uncanny book could be about.

Grab AvX Consequences at a discount. While pretty good, it's not great.
