Comic bags

Anyone hate how given a few months your comic bags feel fucking disgusting? Like they've got a layer of permanent dust attached to them?

Anyone else having this problem? I guess the solution is, keep the fucking lid on the box!

I always keep the lid on the boxes. However, what I hate is picking up older books, say mid 80s to early 90s, that have been in the same bag since they were first put away and the bag is that yellowed, easily ripped by tape kind of plastic. As I reread Uncanny X-Men I'm finding tons of bags that need replaced, and it makes me afraid to dig deeper into the rest of my collection to see what else is in need of replacement, because that is not a cheap process.

Do you guys bag and board all your comics or just certain ones? I'll only board the first couple of issues of a run but thats it.

All of them for me, but my comic guys provide bags and boards for me.

All of them for me as well. Though I often wait until I have a month's worth to do so so it's worth my time. But yeah I do all of them.

Blasphemy : I put up to 6 comics in one bag.

Blasphemy 2 : I keep my comics not in long boxes but in Diamond shipping boxes I get from my retailer. As such, it has no lid.
