I've heard good things about this place if anyone is interested.
It's heavily discounted pre-orders for new comics. It might be useful for Arn, or anyone else with small store.

I've used them many years ago for a massive buy of TPBs. Very helpful and indeed great prices but the shipping costs are quite high if you are in Europe. And the shipping is long.
For Euros, this site is better : cheap-comics.com though they lack some of the less mainstream stuff.
