What If... Geoff Johns Was A Marvel Guy?

So this point popped into my head, when thinking about the Moon Knight relaunch.
What if Geoff Johns was relaunching a Marvel property? Clearly a big 80s/90s denier like Johns would have to have a character like Captain America, The Hulk or even a Luke Cage or a just any non 90s character. As a result of handling one of the above properties, you would expect to see the following happen...
- Captain America would never be Bucky. Winter Soldier who?
- The Hulk would reset General Ross back to who he is
- Luke Cage would be Power-Man dressed in funky disco spandex.
In John's world, the comic reading audience of today grew up with Luke Cage Power Man, therefore everything must be reset to this time period.
Anyone got anything else?
Off the top of my head, if Garth Ennis got hold of any of the big names I'm not sure what to expect. You would either get The Boys or Marvel Max. Grant Morrison? Expect every nano detail of a character's past to be forcefully shoved into a twelve issue series; itself squeezed into a six issue mini series.
