Small week, though good in Legion and Supergirl. I'm going to be very very sad to see Igle and Gates leave Supergirl in 3 issues. I may very well leave with them if only to save money during student teaching.

First month without a JLA issue for me. Gotta stay strong. Might pick up Chew vol 1 after nabbing the #1/$1 issue and loving it last week.

Pretty boring week. I'm waiting for Morrison to end his B&R run so I can drop it and I loathe myself so much right now for continuing to pick up JLoA when it looks and reads like something I did while on the toilet. But I suppose we've all got those dirty secrets & awful titles we follow for no logical reason.

I think, with the exception of jedi, you might be the last holdout on JLA. Let me know how it turns out. I want the Van Sciver cover, but not worth the hell that issue will be for me.

I stopped buying JLoA long ago, lol. I download it and catch up once every couple of months, but overall I'm glad I don't buy it.

Besides the main stuff I listed above, I also picked up:
SUPERMAN BATMAN #77 [don't think it's related to the previous but the cover of Supergirl and Robin really made me interested]
CARNAGE #1 [all regular copies were banged to hell so they didn't even have it out, yet they did have the variant for cover price so I snagged that]
SKULLKICKERS #2 [totally glossed over this the first time, still need to read the first issue]
DARKWING DUCK #5 [variant cover]
STAN LEE SOLDIER ZERO #1 [heard talk about this on Twitter so wanted to give it a try]

My retailer only ordered 6 copies of VERTIGO RESURRECTED #1, had 3 put in files, and set 3 aside yet he couldn't find the 3 he set aside so he's going to order another so I can get it. I could have taken someone else's, they offered but I felt I could wait a week or two to get it.

And on another sucky note, I accidentally bought 2 issues of GLC. This isn't the first time it's happened (last time it was GL and BD). it always happens when my retailer only partially fills out my file (just puts in variants and rare issues from the week) and I miss the common issues and grab them again. Then since I'm getting such a huge stack we completely miss it being there twice. Fuck.
