Dude, don't quote tucker max. He may be a funny writer, but is a complete asshole in every aspect.

We're you ever on his message board?

Hugely so. He treated everyone on his message board extremely poorly, and struck out at them for his movie flopping. It was all really, really poor form.

I think I'll drop Batman, Superman Flash and Green Lantern once the first story line is over.
Action Comics and Wonder Woman on the other hand are too awesome to drop!
Everyone loving a Morrison comic written recently that isn't bizarre? How about the direction with WonderWoman that Azz and Chiang have gone with? Pretty neat heh? Now all they need to do is get rid of the pornographic swimwear she has for an outfit...

See, I'm looking to drop Wonder Woman and keep Batman for the long haul because I feel the opposite.

I think giving her a typical messed up, greek tradegy origin is perfect. Opens up the door to lots of stories and doesn't necessarily close off all the past ones.

Don't get me wrong, all the books I've mentioned I'm dropping, I think are good, but they just don't excite me enough.

Curiously, I forgot to mention JLA! I think I will stick with this one past the first arc. It's pretty interesting. The only weak point is Lazy Lee's atrocious art style. Is anyone else looking at Cully Hamner's sketch art at the end of each issue and thinking, "fuck me that's how this armored look of every character is supposed to look! That's much better!"

All Star Western #3
Aquaman #3
Firestorm #3
Justice League Dark #3
Voodoo #3
Wolverine & the X-Men #2

I'm in agreement with WW. It's a great new direction. The Gods are behaving more like they've been portrayed in earlier works: petulant children.

I find it funny that the DC editorial shat their pants and backtracked when they released WW's new outfit (with pants) because it was such a drastic change but when they were fine with completely revamping her origin.

I just recently picked up the first 3 issues of Batman and Tec and I found myself enjoying them more than I thought I would. I'm pretty sure I'll be dropping at least 3 titles by mid year and more by the end of the year

I just downloaded Fantastic Four 600 and it was pretty amazing. 100 pages of brand new material, all written by Jonathan Hickman with great art. I think I'm going to have to start collecting this title again...

My retailer only got 1 copy of the Quesada wraparound and someone else nabbed it but luckily he remembered that he also got a copy of the JRjr variant and was able to find it for me (not bad price either, basically what cover price of the actual issue would be without my usual 20% discount). I skipped on the normal cover, no need for that one. I think I will continue to buy the series for at least the first arc...

You should never have started with those books in the first place.
