I don't know why I'm so interested in this today. Maybe I'm bored, maybe I want to try and do the same thing? Who knows, lol. Either way, this is pretty hilarious thread and reason why I truly do not like Greg Land's art. It may be beautiful, but right now he's getting paid to straight up copy from other artists.

I knew he lightboxed tons of stuff, but holy hell, seeing multiple pieces of his work side by side and showing they're totally identical makes me lose any real appreciation for his work. I think it looks great, but seeing the lack of effort he puts into design and layouts is just horribly disappointing.

Greg Land used to be good back in the day, his stuff on Nightwing/Birds of Prey was awesome. Then he got lazy and started to trace and since he got awesome results off his tracing he stuck with it. If anyone of you have "Liked" Marvel on Facebook, you should check out their newest picture they posted. It's an upcoming cheesecake cover of Uncanny depicting Emma Frost by Greg Land. Half the comments are either "I love Greg Land" or "Wonder who he traced this time". There's also the usual "why on why is Marvel ruining good art by allowing Greg Land to still do art?"
