Usually I skip the movie theater if I can help it. The only time I purposely go is if it's a movie I have been gasping to see. For instance, I'll definitely go to the last Hobbit movie when it comes out here, which will be a while after it's out everywhere else. The rest of the time, if I'm at the t...

I also went into this movie with no pre-knowledge of the series. In fact, I went in figuring it wouldn't be that great but I was proved very wrong.

It did make me want to find out more about GotG, I just haven't gotten around to it. It's on the to-read list. :)

That'll learn ya So I teach now...sorta...sometimes. I taught an, I'm not kidding, "Introduction to the Internet, E-mail and Facebook" course back in November and have since been assigned a few more courses to teach. I had TWO whole students to teach and I must say, it was quite enjoyable. Mostly b...

I've got Goliath, Brooklyn and Lexington from Gargoyles , two Wolverines, three Piccolos, Cpt. Jean-Luc Picard, Commander Will Riker, Counselor Diana Troy, ensign Wesley Crusher and two Lietenant Worfs. Oh, and a godzilla from the newer movie not the old one. It's the Star Trek ones that make me fee...

Not that big actually. It's a little taller than me (like most things are) and not much longer than the old Taurus. It's been great to have it though. No more trail of fluids, no more getting stuck in snow drifts or my driveway, it's great. I finally got the washer and dryern that I bought from my o...

Very sorry to hear about your back Mike and I hope you will get some definitive answers in March.
On a morbidly positive note, you and Dr. Gregory House have something in common: Vicodin. :)

I have taken everyones advice and I'm in the process of getting a new truck. With winter driving on sometimes questionable roads, and my need to haul furniture, a truck is more suited to my lifestyle now. I went through my home town's Ford instead of the one in Moosomin because my neighbour told me ...

Alas, poor Taurus... My car may be on her last legs. :( I took her to the Ford in town to investigate a mysterious brownish leak coming from underneath the front of the car. The prognosis was not good. There are in fact three things leaking under there and all of them are expensive. So I have two o...

It has been. Nothing beats having your own place. I don't have to hear people walking around in the apartment above or beside me (or both, that was a fun time). I don't have to keep quiet to keep from disturbing other people cause, guess what? My nearest neighbour is across the street! Even with uti...

Went to the eye doctor for the first time in...6-7 years? Normal is 20-20...I'm 20-400. Yep, that's definitely fun. It's also fun to get my eyes dilated because WOW is that fun driving like that, lol. Can't wait to get new glasses, we picked out a new type that is rectangle instead of oval. Everyon...

Merry Belated Christmas everyone! Looks like you all had a great time except for Wally and the Snowpocalypse (sp?). Tough break man, shovelling is not fun.
