I agree with everything you guys are saying. Like with Suicide Squad, my expectation level is so low, I'm pretty sure I'm going to enjoy the film for what it is, but I'm not really impressed with what I'm seeing. It looks all right. I would give it a 3 episode try.

It does remind you of when it was good. But, did you get the feeling you were supposed to be super psyched for HRG, as if he was the hero of the story??

It looks alright. I'm not blown away by it and I'm not feeling the Joker, but I'm still going to watch it and because my expectations are pretty low for this film (and the other one) I'll probably enjoy them.

It makes me wonder though if someone in Fox's marketing department didn't anonymously email as many organisations like One Million Moms hoping atleast one of them would take the bait, so they get a newsworthy mention.
