In all of the places I've worked, the most people keep a spare set of is sneakers, and 95% of the time, it's women who do that. They wear sneakers on their commute, then change into their professional shoes at work.
I don't think I know anyone who keeps a spare set of clothes (work or otherwise) and personal effects at work.
Well, not exactly true. Many people (myself incldued) keep a toothbrush, toothpase, breath mints and some food. But really nothing else you mentioned above.
People sometimes bring their workout clothes with them to work in a duffel bag but that's because they tend to hit the gym right after work.
